As Founding Chief of Staff at Seven Seven Six, Lissie works directly with Alexis Ohanian to ensure all aspects of the firm are running effectively.  A multifarious operator, she manages the firm’s communications teams and guides the social media and public relations strategy.  In her role, Lissie works closely with the Seven Seven Six portfolio companies as a trusted advisor and supports the founders by helping to develop their brand storytelling.  Lissie is also the Producer of the top-rated ‘Business Dad’ podcast. Prior to Seven Seven Six, Lissie served as Chief of Staff to Alexis both at Reddit and initialized capital and was also the Executive Assistant to the managing partners at Thoma Bravo.  Lissie resides in Austin, TX.

Systems-thinking CX leader turned Venture Capitalist. Cristina values driving growth in people and organizations. To do that, she focuses on keeping the triple-bottom-line in balance – a company’s mission, people, and business outcomes. Born in Miami as the daughter of Cuban-Greek immigrants, Cristina witnessed early on the courage and resilience needed to go after a better life. Along her journey, she’s taken on many passion-lead jobs including small-business owner, jeweler, voice-over artist, executive coach, service designer, and co-founder of an e-learning SaaS platform. After seven years of building her career and community abroad, she went on her next adventure moving to San Francisco to open Typeform’s first US office. While in the US, she held leadership roles in two hyper-growth SaaS startups where she built and operationalized teams from scratch.

Hiram brings consistency and focus to startup environments, where unknowns and high levels of noise are prevalent. Prior to Seven Seven Six, he was known for taking a hands-on approach to building software products that make people’s lives better. He has worked at startups of all sizes and stages, from leading pre-product teams through product-market fit and scaling product teams at growth stage companies, to overseeing product integration after an acquisition (Vacasa), and launching products at a hyper-growth startup (Uber). He also has a unique ability to identify ways to streamline or automate processes and quickly execute on them, now known at Seven Seven Six as “Hiram-ifying” something. As a Miami Tech community member for the last six years, Hiram is excited to help make the city the next tech hub.

From flying cars to bitcoin mining, Travis Mason has 12 years of experience helping entrepreneurs navigate regulatory and public policy barriers to bring future technologies to market throughout North America, Europe, South America and Asia. Before Seven Seven Six, Travis served as an executive at Airbus, leading global policy for the company’s emerging technology investments in autonomous air taxis, unmanned aircraft and urban air mobility. Prior to Airbus, Travis worked at Alphabet’s Google X and Google on the engineering and public policy teams to help bring technologies like drone delivery and autonomous vehicles to market.  He serves on the board of the nation’s number one ranked program in public policy and is an avid musician having studied classical piano and voice since the age of 6.
